Horicon Public Library — Attraction in Horicon

Over the cold months last year we made an effort to visit as many of the Monarch Libraries as possible. The Horicon library stood out to our family because of the layout. The kids area is a separate room and has many activity centers. This layout allowed me to spend more time at this library than any other.

The staff members are kind and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable as we spent extra time enjoying all of the extra activities like the scavenger hunt, Playstation, arts and craft, computers, and train table.

Me and my son showed up for an event at the Horicon Library, celebrating "Rocktober", tonight- October 12, 2022, featuring an event for family's to paint rock's, and the event was free. It was super cool, fun and a wonderful experience and everyone was friendly to me and my son, and the event organizer was super sweet and helpful. Absolutely the best library ever and I have lived in five different states. Not only are the personnel so wonderfully friendly and helpful.. I just feel good when I walk in the door. And they will go to any lengths to find a book that you need that you cannot find in the Monarch system. Kudos Horicon...
