Horicon School Apartments — Local services in Horicon

Very nice apartments... but the building is disgusting. It's very filthy, management is lacking as the property manager cannot do anything without the regional managers approval. Says it's a secured building but it is not doors are left open kept open with rocks or tape. I had worked for them as a part time maintenance man and was treated even worse than they treat their tenants. (I still have not been reimbursed for money. I spent out of pocket on the building.) They are more concerned with occupancy than they are anything else because the place is a revolving door. So now we have a property manager that is here 3 days a week, No one is cleaning, and no one to do any maintenance. Commonwealth management...

Posting openings on marketplace and Zillow but do not answer phones when called and do not call back when left a voicemail. Business hours posted at Office are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am to 4pm, but their voicemail states Mon-Thursday 8 am to 2 pm. Decided to go there to try and get an application, 12:30 on a Wednesday and there is a Will Return sign posted for 6 pm, after they close. Poor...

The hours posted on the door are different than the hours in the voice mail message. And the manager doesn't answer the phone or is even in the office during hours they are supposed to be open. I wonder if the building owner is...
