Airport Flea Market and Antiques — Attraction in Hot Springs

Today, my daughter and I walked into the store while chatting, and the woman at the front asked my daughter to either take her purse back to the car or leave it with her. My daughter complied and stepped outside to put it away, while I remained inside waiting. As this was happening, the cashier says to another customer, “It’s not like there isn’t a big sign on the door.” We were engaged in conversation when we entered and simply didn’t notice any signage. My boyfriend and I will NEVER shop at this flea market again. There were 2 associates at the register. We spoke with the girl who had blonde hair and the WORST service. We bought an antenna and we got home and we attempted to set it up and it did not work and there were pieces missing. We let the associate know and asked if we could get our $10 back what we paid since it was not working and missing pieces out of the box or a gift card to buy something equivalent in the store for $10. She said no we can't give your money back or give you store credit. Worst Customer Service! We will NEVER shop there again. That...

If no stars was an option I would have given that. They made my wife take her small handbag to the vehicle so we decided just to leave and not to go back in. This is the only shop that has this policy that we have ever been in. And we Flea Market A LOT! I would advise changing policies if you want shoppers. No telling how much revenue you have lost...
