Casa Victoria customer service is HORRENDOUS. I took my daughter to look for a homecoming dress. She tried on several dresses until we started to get evil eyes from an Asian man who worked there. He repeatedly watched me while I pulled dresses from their racks, he asked several times if she was finished and followed me around. I finally had enough when I overheard him tell the Hispanic worker that my daughter was trying on too many dresses and other people were waiting to try on the same dresses. #1 there were no others waiting, period. #2 the store had over 1000 dresses and tons of duplicates and triplicates, but supposedly these invisible people were waiting to try on the same dresses? !. I told my daughter to put on her clothes because I was not about to spend my money in that store. I went over to the very rude Asian man, told him off and walked about the door. This man didn't want to put back the dresses on the racks, that's what the problem was. I will never step foot in that so...

Don't shop here I went to the pashmina store they say you get 3 for 10$ or 5 plus one free for 20$. I had 4 and the woman told me I get one more for free so I picked one more and when I went up to the cash register to pay I told her I have 5 so I get one free and she kept telling me no 5 for twenty and u get one free.which is what I had but she still wouldn't give me the free one. She was very rude and started to ignore me and was trying to rush me out of the store. So when I got home I recounted and only had 5 so I called and the other woman that works there answered and she said no she charged u right and hung up on me. Why would I pay 5 for 20$ when I can get 3 for 10$. They are thieves and...

Lol!!! It could be said that I have a shopping problem. I disagree 100%. I don't have a shopping problem, I have no problem shopping . Walking through the doors to this seemingly mid sized building and finding hallway after hallway of stores containing 1000's of pairs of earrings, sunglasses, shoes, hats ,purses and a selection of every form of apparel to build an outfit for any event or just another ordinary day. It will scratch the itch and feed the need. I'm not endorsing running out and spending your rent money but if you're a me and every once in awhile you just have to cut loose, Go here, at least once.
