This place used to be so clean and the stuff so friendly but that is what happened the last time I was there…
My friend and I, and our 2 boys spend our afternoon over there. While the two boys were playing at the upper area of the facility my friend’s son got injured from a bare pin that was originally connected one part of the facility mat to the other part of it. We let the stuff know and one of them went up there and start jumping over it to make sure that there if there are any other expose pin it will be smashed inside. He claimed that it’s all good now and the kids can go back to play. However five minutes later it’s happen again.
We requested many times from the stuff to close this area in order to avoid any injuries to other kids, but they refused to without giving us any justified reason.
All the stuff were very rude and disrespectful and we felt like they care less about that issue. They were in their phone at the front desk the whole time.
At some point I had enough and I went to the front desk with my phone to talk to them again and try to get them to close this area. Then one of the stuff member thought that I’m recording her and start to yell at me. I told her that I’m not recording her and that she can calm down.
Then I went to the entrance of the place to look at the policy report, and on my way back inside, the gate was locked and the same girl refuse to let me in. I told her that my 3 years old and 6 years old kids are inside and that she have to let me in. I start to argue with her but she still refused to let me in. This is when I decided to jump over the gate in order to get to my kids. Than she told me she’s calling the police.
The police came and basically told her that she shouldn’t wasting their time on that kind of thing and let them do their job.
I’m going to this place all the time since they opened this location. The stuff used to be so friendly and now they’re just rude and aggressive.
I’m extremely disappointed and I won’t go...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. I had my son's birthday party on this location and they made sure it would be the party from HELL and their reason was they didn’t like ME (and no they don’t know me). The party was on Saturday we arrived on Friday to drop off the decorations, we made it clear that some of our guests had toddlers, and we wished to be seated in the area near the toddler room. The staff assured us that it would not be a problem. We arrived on Saturday at least 30 min before the party to allow us enough time for setup we discovered that our table was far from the play and toddler area. I kindly requested that our table be moved closer, explaining that we had specifically asked for the toddler area during our visit the day before. However, the staff informed me that the table arrangements were already organized and couldn't be changed. To my disbelief, the person who claimed to be the manager stated that they never have parties in that area. I laughed, as I have been a regular visitor and know for a fact that parties are indeed held in that section. I had asked about it the day before, and the staff assured me it wouldn't be a problem.
The manager and the employee with her accused me of having a bad attitude and being disrespectful, using those as reasons to deny my request for a table relocation. They decided that my guests should wait outside until 11:10 am, delaying the start of the party that was supposed to start at 10:30 am. Furthermore, they insisted that all guests sign waivers once again, even after being shown that they had already completed the process online. They also took the time to make derogatory comments about "immigrants" in front of my guests, which was utterly inappropriate and offensive. It is disheartening to see such disrespectful behavior from the staff. I even attempted to contact the company, it has been more than two weeks, with no comment from the company.
0 STARS FOR THE STAFF!!! DON'T HAVE BIRTHDAY...
