Honestly would just not give a rate to this person but I don’t have that option. Anine was the person that helped me with a full set. I was disappointed my nail shape was wrong, some of the nails weren’t straight, they were not properly filed correctly, and I had to request that the nails be refilled because there was empty parts which she did not do( some of the nails look like I’ve had them for a weeek and I had just walked). I also ended up with my nails being stuck to my skin and me having to separate them myself, some of them even hurt because of the acrylic spilling over the nail onto my skin causing constant pressure. There was skin and glue parts still on my nails and skin, when I requested to have the ugly parts trimmed she tried charging me for a manicure and that’s not what I asked for, I was just asking for it to look cleaner since she was ready to put a top coat. She did not care of me being satisfied or happy with my finish nails. Pointed out there was a discount anyway and then got upset when I said it was my bday and rudely asked to see my id. She also tried declining my tip in a rude manner, I tipped her for the time not for being satisfied. Her constant huffing and puffing because I was asking if she could pls do something was just uncomfortable and unnecessary. This experience did not make me want to return after this being the first experience I have.

I’d give no stars if possible! They’re very unprofessional, they get upset with the customer if the customer is not satisfied and tells them not to come back! They’re all very rude, especially Helen and the older pedicure lady!! They think because they speak a different language all of their customers don’t understand, WRONG! I sat and got a pedicure while they talked about everyone in the salon, how someone was being very picky and how they break down the prices to certain people before servicing them because “ they don’t look like they have the $ to pay for what they want “. Majority of them always have an attitude, and not to mention if you made an appointment and the shop is busy they’ll make you wait like you’re a walk in! Just ridiculous, appreciate your nail techs because this facility is horrible and doesn’t appreciate their customers! If it wasn’t for their instagram they wouldn’t have the clientele like they do. All out of state ladies I recommend finding a work at home nail tech or a different location! Don’t waste your money at Jade nails! Plus the prices are unreasonable, they run a special between mon-wed but it’s really not a special because you have to spend a certain amount to receive it! I went to this place the morning of NYE. I should have left immediately after I wasn't even greeted but i really needed my nails done. My previous nail tech suddenly moved, so I was already sad and nervous about trying somewhere new. The very first thing I asked when I walked in was 'do you'll do dipping powder?' Keep in mind all I needed was a refill. I was told yes. The lady immediately begins to cut each one of my nails off and soak them for removal. At this point I decided I would just get a full set, since she didn't listen to me and cut my nails off. She then begin to file my nails preparing them for acrylic nails. When I told her I didn't want acrylic nails and that I requested powder from the beginning, this chick had the nerve to say acrylic nails and dipping powder is the same thing. Acylic nails are harder on my nail bed than the powder, it takes them forever to heal. Long story short I was left with nubs on NYE, because this horrible establishment is very poorly staffed and is also in a very unsavory part of town. Please don't give this place any of your hard earned money, I would wear press-on before I'd ever go...
