Iāve been coming to this location since I was 16 and never had a issue until today. I came to get a temporary card due to filing a claim on my card. I got there at 11:15 waited about 40 min to be seen. The entire time waiting I notice only one clerk helping out a family and the other staff were behind the window assisting other customers and some were not. Maybe 10 min until closing time (11:50) is when I believe it was the manger who came over to assists me, and other staff came over to assist the other people who were also waiting to be seen. I was already frustrated the fact that I got there early before their closing time at 12:00pm and to be seen 10 min before closing is totally unacceptable. She let me know she was unable to help me due to my card being blocked. Which okay itās not her fault but she didnāt give me enough guidance to what to do next. Only word she said was you need to call customer service and idk. I told her OK thatās fine Iāll call them but Iāll be waiting in the lobby since Iām already here and all I need is a temporary card and Iāve been waiting for 40 min. She then said thatās fine but at 12:00pm I cannot help you, basically kicking me out. Then I went over to the window to withdraw some money because again the lady had said before at 12:00 we close indicating that they will not help me. Took money out and the clerk herself was rude. I did let her know Iām sorry Iām on the phone trying to get a hold of someone to resolve my issue with trying to get my card un blocked. She wasnāt polite at all she said everything with a tone and never said thank you or anything. It just seemed to me like they didnāt want to help anybody anymore since it was the last hour before closing time. The manager wasnāt cordial to allow me to speak to someone before leaving she was just so ready to kick anyone out and not assists anyone anymore. The young man to the right as you walk through the door politely came over to me and assisted me, he let me know that one of the bankers was out to lunch and that he was booked for today and made suggestions for me if I wanted to access them. I waited because I was unable to leave and come back. The banker that was at lunch was Kelly Reyes and she returned shortly and also came to me and let me know that she had a client that was to come in and if they canceled she would gladly assist me or I could wait or come back. I decided to wait for her and she was phenomenal, she assisted me and everything went smoothly all transactions were done and she answered and assisted me through all transactions. Kelly explained everything to me in a way I could understand them, her one on one was above and beyond my expectations after reading some of the reviews this branch had that was not so good and I started not to go to this branch but to my surprise I was treated with respect and utmost professionalism. I would advise anyone to see for yourself and ask for Kelly Reyes to assist you with your banking account details and transactions. Thanks Kelly Reyes for your phenomenal skills...

Whispering and running back-and-forth. Then they would not approve my request because they donāt like the reasons in which I want my money for. She told me as a manager sheās going to deny my request to receive my own money. I can drove down the street to a Nother branch and they approve my request without any issue. This particular branch has no right to deny someone their money and I will be reporting suspicious activity to the authorities.
