I went to this salon for the 1st time today @Noon for a haircut. I happen to find them when I went online and asked for Salons near me. This Salon came up, and I must tell you ..it was by luck I found them and I scored a 10! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by 2 employees, one offered me water or coffee and the other told it would only be a few minutes, to get serviced. Got my hair washed by a lovely lady named Imelda and we had a wonderful talk about jewelry and hair products. Then Reyna (the Stylist) came to where I was, greeted me and took me to her station. I was so impressed by her knowledge of her craft doing so young…we discussed what I wanted and followed thru she did an exceptional job. I was so very impressed with her and all the employees, even Javier the owner, commented how great my hair looked. If I could rate this a zero I would, I went in for a balayage and got some random highlights around my hair I contacted Reyna to let her know that I was not satisfied with what she had done with my hair she told me she could fix it I when in today and she just darkened my root but didn’t fix the ends I told her that I had understood that balayage it’s all blonde at the bottom and she said that was another method called ombré but what I didn’t understand is if I had already showed her multiple pictures of what I wanted why didn’t she tell me that wasn’t a balayage although they are very similar. Gave me my dream hair!! (Only complaint is that they assumed i had never had anything done to my hair and used a higher level of bleach on the first round so just tell them) But getting a silver bolyage meant that i had to go under 2 processes of bleach. The first time i got lightened to a copper blonde and had no idea how it would even go to the color i have now, without falling out at least.
