First let me say that if the customer service was better, I would not be leaving this review despite what happened. I first visited this store in March 2023 and instantly fell in love with a $1200 pink pair of gator boots. The boots were perfectly stitched, clean, and overall well made. However, they were not my size. I paid a $200 deposit to order the same boots but in my size and the sole a lighter brown. I went in today 4/08 to pick them up and I was absolutely disappointed the moment I saw them. 1. The barrel was 10 inches and very narrow instead of 8 inches like the display. 2. (2) pieces of leather were stitched together on each boot instep because the pieces they had were not big enough to cover the instep on each boot. 3. One of the heels was taller than the other. 4. There were multiple stains, and multiple paint chips, and scuff marks and the crown of both boots were frayed and very dirty. After discussing all of this with the owner her response was, "All animal skins are different" and "sorry the person who took your order did not specify an 8 inch barrel." She also notified me that the restock fee is 20% ($240) if I left the boots there. My Husband gave them a chance to make it right and asked if they could send them back to be fixed, however the owner didnt seem too interested in that. I was so disappointed with the boots that I indeed left them there and ended up not getting my $200 deposit back. The most I could get from them was to waive the other $40 I would have owed them. After my experience there, I looked at their reviews and realized that there are several people that this has happened to. Unfortunately the owners only response to these issues are a snarky response on Google or being rude in the store and giving no effort to fix the issue. Bottom line is that if I am paying $1200 for boots they better be clean, stiched perfectly, and be exactly what I ordered. The boots I received were dingy and absolutely unacceptable and $300 at most. I will not be shopping at this store again or recommending...

I am very unsatisfied with their work and customer service starting with the owner down to the employees. The boots we received did not match, they did not look like a pair one was squared off at the tip from the skin part of the boot and the other one was rounded off. We called the business so they could fix the problem or simply refund our money back and they gave us the run around for about 4 days until finally the owner got in touch with us just to laugh in my husbands face and tell him that that’s how they were because it was 2 different animals they used which was bs because if you look at their website all the other boots look fine, they look like a pair of boots that are pretty close in appearance. The owner Carlos told my husband that he would not refund our money and that he was just going to turn around and send the same boots that we shipped back to him so they could fix the problem right back to us and hung up on my husband. He never offered to replace the pair of boots to satisfy us as the customer. If we are paying that much for a pair of boots we expect the work to be done correctly, clearly it was their mistake of not revising the boots before shipping it to us and not once did we get an apology or simply offer to fix them even if we weren’t going to get our money back the least they could have done was replace them to our satisfaction and that is not the case. They keep shipping the messed up boots to us knowing we are just going to refuse them. Overall we will never order anything again from this place. The staff doesn’t know what they are doing and the owner is very arrogant and rude and runs his business...

My wife purchased me a pair of black caiman belly boots on 11-19. We were given a price of $625. For them to be ready by christmas was a rush fee of a hundred dollars and then twenty dollars for shipping to georgia. After all the fees and taxes, the boots ended up being $806 guaranteed ready and to her by Christmas. She was told someone would call her by December 16th. When December 17th came and she's still hadn't heard from anyone, she had to reach out, only to be told that they would not be here. By Christmas and she would have to pay an additional $50 shipping fee. When the boots came, the shaft had stitching missing and issues on the front. When we contacted them today about the issues with the boots, the girl was very unhelpful and short. Long story short, they would not send us a pre paid shipping label to send them back. Told us it's going to be 8 more weeks before they are ready!!! So in all these boots are going to cost me $880.46 cents.

I would suggest not buying anything from these crooks. Take your money somewhere else. I'm going to keep the boots. I'm not putting another dime into these boots!!!! I will keep them with the half the stitching and warn people every day!!! When you pay that much money for a "Handmade Boot," their should be a little more attention to detail.
