Smither Park is covered with vibrant Mosaic Arts installations all over. Artists place variety of recycled materials from dinner plates to street signs, fishing lures, to create new mosaic arts.

There are 3 swings, an half circular amphitheater, memory wall. Saturdays host live mosaic art creation by artists which is open to the public. On the first Sundays, free live music at the amphitheater, crafting activities, and artisan vendors are organized here. Sometimes the background of the park is used for string the Orange show's art cars, so look out for those too.

Best part the admission os free. You have to go for Street Parking or go to the nearby Jody Miller Dog Park parking lot (if the entrance door is open). There is no restrooms available.
