The very worst experience every!!! I placed a to-go order(During COVID when people are choosing to do carry out) I asked about chips to-go and was told that I would have to pay for them..😶 I asked if I dined in if I would have to pay for the chips and I was advised no. So I said to leave my order that I had paid for in a to-go container and I would just eat it there. I was advised that I could not eat my food there in a to-go container(that I had already paid for). I sat down with my sister received chips ate those, and ask the waitress if I could have some more chips she told me, one per table. I looked over the menu and did not see that there, so the lady that I assumed may have been the manager that told me I could not eat my food there after I'd paid for it to-go was passing and I asked for some more chips she gave us about 10 chips in the basket.. lol....I ordered a child's quesadilla and asked for my ticket for a to-go container, handed the waitress my card and she said no it would have to be $5 or more before I can use my card. I asked how was I supposed to know that? And informed her that was my only method of payment, I told her that I will just include the waitresses tip and that would make it over $5 she told me no the tip is in addition to the $5. I said oh and asked what we were going to do, and I was not going to buy any thing else. She cashed me out as I took pictures of the menu and the sign that told you your order had to be a minimum of $5. This use to be one of my very favorite Restaurants not necessarily this location but I think that this experience has definitely made me consider how I support and who I support! Will not go back again! Whoever is running this place should do better with the rules for patrons and making them aware of things in advance!

I had a bad experience here two years ago. At that time I asked for my food and they brought the wrong plate and I also asked for two gorditas. When they brought those out they were burnt and placed them down so I wouldn't see the burnt side. I told the waitress and manager and they both said it wasn't burnt. I was so disappointed with the food and service I didn't come back for two years. Today I went back thinking things might've changed. We asked for two order of flour tortillas for each plate. They brought one Corn and one flour instead. The flour tortilla was not cooked all the way and felt doughy. I asked for an extra order to be cooked all the way. 15 minutes later they brought these tortillas that are pictured with this review. At that point I asked for the person in charge and showed them that the tortillas were burnt and crunchy. They disagreed with me and said they weren't burnt so I decided to let it go. When I finished paying the owner approached me and told me that if I didn't like the service or food to NOT come back anymore that he wouldn't be closing the restaurant because I'm not going there anymore. I explained the problem with the tortillas and he also said there was nothing wrong with the tortillas. I said that's fine and left. This place continues to have bad service even two years later because people continue to go.

Horrible service Delma is rude and very unhelpful. The corporate office needs to come and visit. We are being told we can’t remove things and we would be charged extra for any items being removed from the plate. I have been to a lot of different locations and they have been more than happy to help. I also asked for the corporate office and she told me she wouldn’t get it and it wasn’t her job to give me that. She said If I want it I could look it up. Worse service I have ever experienced. We left that location and went to the one on 45 north near Fm1960. They had no problem taking care of us and separating the foods as we requested. We weren’t charged anything additional. Delma you stated this was Taqueria Arandas standard operating procedure. No it’s not this is you trying to make your own rules. You are the type that should be fired. You are not there to take care of the customers. If you treat us that way I can only imagine how you treat your employees. The photo posted is proof you are allowed to separate the food. This is an image from the north location.

Very dissatisfied with the service and the attitude of the servers. The manager Delma is very rude and has no skills to deal with conflict.

We ordered a combo platter that came with guacamole, sour cream and pico gallo. We then ordered taquitos which didn't come with any sauces so we asked waiter to bring us some sauces. He didn't say a word about any upcharge and we assumed this is included. Now after a very slow service we got the check and to our amazement we were up charged $6.00 for the additional sauces. We expressed our concerns to the waiter and he dismissed it saying it was on the menu and we should have looked. Now mind you it wasn't the cost but the fact that he didn't tell us and acted sneaky is what bothered us. He then left hesitantingly and went inside with the manager where they both were on phone call for good 15 mins and walked in and out just ignoring us. We saw others waiting and could tell this is just a regular day for them and that's just how the service here goes. We then heard the manager(Delma) yelling to our waiter in Spanish right in the middle of the restaurant for something else that he messed up. All this is happening while we are still waiting for our check and our waiter Santos to get us the manager. After 15mins we decided to walk up to the manager at the counter and address this (the attitude of the waiter not the up charge at this point) with her. I was horrified and in disbelief at her attitude and her tone. She was out rightly rude and started using her hand gestures pointing at the menu and then just dismissing our point where we remained calm all this time just addressing the transparency in this whole ordeal and how we just wanted the waiter to let us know of the upcharge and them to acknowledge that.

I have never in my life witnessed such horrible service and extremely rude management. She even went on saying that we can call the manager tomorrow. Upon asking who the manager is tonight and she said it was her but we can still call other manager just took away any credibility from her.

If you are like me and appreciate good customer service over food then you would want to blacklist this place as it totally ruined an otherwise pleasant...
