La Serena at Spring Branch Apartments — Attraction in Houston

I applied for a lease. After waiting more than a month to hear back multiple messages and emails, I have yet to hear back on my application and they refused to refund me. I had to go up there multiple times as their phone system was down for over a month. They said since they didnt have internet they couldn't process my application. The manager gave me his personal corporate email then never answered any of my requests for updates or follow up. I sent an email and left a voicemail with the management company bellaire multifamily and never heard back. They make money by screwing people over who cant afford to sue them. And the apartments are kinda shitty an they use unlicensed handymen to do electrical an all kinds of repairs when they actually decide to fix things. I got to see a lot when I was forced to sit outside in 103 degree temps for an hr while I waited for the manager to come back from lunch one day after multiple emails had been ignored. DON'T DO IT. Moved here in January, these apartments are infested with rats. And I mean rats the size of cats. I was in a rush to get an apartment and got into this. My mother is on dialysis, I am trying to move out. They are doing the eviction process because I decided to not pay rent for a rat infested apartment.
