Worse service ever! I came in with kids who just got their allowence. $100 each. I came in about 930. I understood it was close to closing time but it had been a long day and I promised them. When we walked in the trash was by the door and it smelled so bad. We shopped and 5 till we were paying out and one of the kids realized they lost $100 bill. She was buying things for her pets and her mom a surprise. I tried to keep her calm and we went searching the store. Instead of the manager who was an African American lady helping us out she was extremely rude and yelled at us telling us we had to hurry cause her store was closed. That we didn't have time to look for it. The child was crying and heartbroken. We figured out how to pay for the animals food and put the items for her mom back. I have never been so mad at anyone. How do u have no heart to help a child feel better in a sad situation. I understand store policy. I've been in customer service for 20 years! I would never!!!! It's a hit or miss it depends who is working. Some of the young cashiers that work here try to tell you to rate them the best versus allowing you to rate them on your own. I shop here often. When people enter your facility, you should train your employees to speak to EVERYONE that enters the store not them picking and choosing who they would like to speak to. They do better not speaking to anyone. I walked in right after someone and an employee spoke to them and they didn't speak back. I walk in and they've made eye contact and not spoken to. Sad. I only continue to come here because, I like shipping here and there are no other Bealles...
