We enjoyed some ropa viejo, shredded pork with slices of cucumber garnish and a few green olives and a large Cuban tamale. I devoured a Cubano Flan, all very tasty. My wife enjoyed a Cuban tamale with a side of fried plantains. We had a bit of a language barrier and a Cuban customer stepped up and helped out, his English was way better than our non-existant Spanish. The people were very friendly and the food was great.

Todo estaba bien sazonado y con ese toque casero que hace la diferencia. Para tomar, Batido de mamey cremoso y refrescante, y de postre, el exquisito Flan de leche cubano y Pudín casero con pasas lleno de sabor. 🫠😋 La combinación de comida deliciosa, ambiente acogedor y servicio impecable hacen de The Cuban Place un restaurante al que definitivamente regresaré. ¡Altamente recomendado!🤗

Ate here 2 weeks(ish) ago as part of my anniversary day off. It was amazing. The food was awesome. The people were friendly and put up with our broken Spanglish. There was nothing here that was under a 9 (out of 10) that we tried. The lamb was the star, however. Will go again.
