Melrose — Attraction in Houston

OK let me first start off by saying that, today is Black Friday, now with that being said. I came into Melrose and fell in love with a particular style of boot, but unfortunately they were sold out in my size, well these 3 amazing workers, must have called EVERY Melrose in the greater Houston area, talk about WOW. Can you say" Great Customer Service and Awesome Hospitality...... YESSSSSSS, thanks again Maria Navarro, Janet Cervantes and Jessica Gujardo, you ladies rock.... Unfortunately, no other store had my size, but the level of professionalism and the desire to go above and beyond was truly thoughtful and I still walked away...

Always go in there looking for one item and always come out with more because of their great prices!

Got my kids' light up shoes for a better price than any other store. One of the pairs was a defect though, went back to see if I could exchange even though I didn't have a receipt. One of the managers was nice enough to take the time and look it up in their system since I had paid with a card, said all she needed was the date, time, register where I was checked out, and the last four digits of my card. And sure enough she was able to find. I was able to exchange it and the manager was super nice about it.
