I tried all of the well-known nail salons closer to popular places like Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods, but this place exceeds those by far, in my opinion. First, every time I tried other nail salons, they would make my toes bleed to where the scabs would stay for weeks. Second, the building itself has all of these large windows to feel like a real retreat. Third, the ladies are extremely friendly and will massage as if I am at a relaxing getaway. Everything about this place from the affordability to the peaceful environment is what makes me return every 3 weeks. They service a lot of older clients as well as everything in between, so that you know it’s quality service. Yes, the location isn’t in the most convenient location but it’s not terrible. Parking can be a pain but I make an effort to come on off-times. And they prefer cash but have credit card available if needed. Highly recommend calling ahead to see when they can fit you in.

Disappointed with the overall experience. I was charged before the service was even completed, which felt rushed and unprofessional. I left a 25% tip, but noticed the staff watching closely to see how much I’d leave—almost as if the quality of the service would depend on it. Unfortunately, even with that tip, the service was below standard. The manicure was one of the worst I’ve had. Cuticles were barely touched, and the edges of my nails weren’t smoothed out properly. As for the pedicure, they rolled up my pants so tightly it cut off circulation, and then left them that way. Since I didn’t opt for gel polish, trying to roll my pants down later completely ruined the manicure, despite waiting over an hour. Yes, the prices are low, but in this case, you get what you pay for. I won’t be returning.

Absolutely amazing!!!!!!!! Jenny is a gem. Kind, patient, thoughtful and knows what she is doing. After A-LOT of nightmare experiences with other nail salons in the area I was hesitant to try yet again another place. Lucky for me I called, booked my appt and had the best experience. Jenny got right to work and immediately I had no anxiety. The salon is quiet, clean and I really enjoyed the big widows letting in a lot of natural lighting. Needless to say I found my nail shop in Houston. So if you’re hesitate I hope this review gets you to book with Neon Nails. Thank you, Jenny!!! 💅

I had the most fabulous experience at Neon Nails! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The ambiance was vibrant and inviting, setting the perfect mood for some pampering.

The nail technicians are incredibly skilled and attentive to detail, ensuring that my nails looked flawless and precisely as I had envisioned. The range of colors they offered was impressive, allowing me to express my unique style.

What truly stood out, though, was the cleanliness and hygiene standards upheld by Neon Nails. They went above and beyond to maintain a sterile environment, which was especially reassuring in these times. I felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process.

The staff's friendly demeanor and their willingness to accommodate my preferences made this visit even more delightful.

I left Neon Nails with stunning nails, a big smile, and a sense of rejuvenation. I can't recommend this nail salon enough to anyone seeking not only impeccable nail services but also a genuinely enjoyable experience.

Thank you, Neon Nails, for...

Some Of the women there do a pretty good job and I’ve been going there for quite some time. My aunts been a customer for years and years. However, the last time I went to get a shellac polish change they tried to charge me $25 which is $5 extra dollars then it should be because “they had to take my polish off” which shouldn’t have mattered because I got the polish done there previously. That bothered me because I had to argue with them because I knew it wasn’t right so I was not going to go back. I went back today just so I wouldn’t have to pay the $5 somewhere else to get the polish off they put on 2 weeks ago. Now today they tried to charge me $26 and I explained again that that’s not right. She then said, oh ya it’s $25 because you don’t want a manicure... makes noooo sense. I’ve always paid $20 for the shellac there. I noticed their price sheet today actually said $15 so I don’t even know why I was charged $20 then $25 then almost $26. I don’t like their character. It’s not about the $ it’s about the principle. Sketchy women. Lost a long time...
