I skipped around the tree and thought happy thoughts, beaming from within as I asked the tree for blessings of strength and resilience. I felt better after leaving and I’m SO glad I found this hidden gem!
My eyes perked up and I heard a voice from above say “location unlocked” when I stumbled upon this hidden gem on my morning stroll through Montrose.
Immediately, I was struck by the beauty of this example of a community space tucked between the streets and streets of gated communities and fences I’d walked past before my surprise encounter.
The beauty of this tree spoke to me. I’m so happy to see that I’m not the first, and I certainly won’t be the last. Miss Peggy, you have a beautiful park.
