I can't say enough great things about my experience with Offer Giant Real Estate, and specifically with our agent, Joey. I was helping my mom move from another state, and to say that the process could have been overwhelming is an understatement.
However, thanks to Joey and the entire team at Offer Giant, what could have been a stressful and complicated transition turned into a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
From the moment we reached out, Joey was incredibly professional, approachable, and empathetic to our situation. He truly took the time to listen to our needs, understand our concerns, and made sure to tailor his recommendations based on what would work best for us. Because we were moving from out of state, we were unfamiliar with the area, and Joey went above and beyond to guide us through every step of the process.
What stood out most was Joey’s exceptional customer service. He was available at all hours to answer questions, offer advice, and even alleviate any concerns we had along the way. Whether it was explaining complicated real estate terminology or helping us understand the logistics of moving long distance, Joey was there for us every step of the way. His communication was timely and thorough, which was so reassuring, especially given the distance between us. He made us feel like we were his only clients, even though I know he must have had many others at the time.
Joey made the home search process incredibly easy by narrowing down properties that met both my mom's and my own expectations. We had a list of non-negotiable items, and Joey ensured that every property we viewed checked those boxes. He also provided invaluable insights into different neighborhoods, highlighting nearby amenities, schools, and transportation options. This was so helpful, especially since we didn’t have the opportunity to visit in person before making a decision. Joey took the time to give us virtual tours of the homes, and his attention to detail made us feel like we were already in the space.
Once we found the perfect property, Joey handled the entire process with such professionalism and efficiency. The paperwork was seamless, and he ensured that we understood everything along the way, which was especially important to us as first-time homebuyers in this area. Joey also provided great recommendations for moving companies and even checked in with us after the closing to make sure everything was going well with the move.
I truly believe that without Joey’s hard work, dedication, and exceptional customer service, this move wouldn’t have gone as smoothly as it did. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his clients, and that personal touch made all the difference. I never once felt like just another transaction—Joey made sure we felt supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire process.
If you're looking for a real estate agent who is not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about his clients, I cannot recommend Joey at Offer Giant Real Estate enough. Moving from out of state can be a daunting task, but with Joey by your side, you can rest assured that you're in great hands. He made this entire experience so much easier, and we are incredibly grateful for his expertise, patience, and care. Thank you, Joey,...
Read moreWe entered a contract to sell our home to OfferGiants on March 1. The first walkthrough was on March 11. The contract allowed for up to 14 days after the first walthrough for OfferGiants to cancel the contract. The 14th business day was March 29th. They did not exercise their option to exit the contract within the allotted 14 business days. Our financial situation presented difficulties in where we would move after selling. I was completely transparent about our situation & notified them of this on March 20. Troy called & asked me to give him a week to see if they could get us more money for our house. After the week, he said he felt if we kept the house listed that we would get the right offer we needed. He wanted another interested party to have a walkthrough the next day, but then he canceled it. The next day, I had trouble getting a response when I inquired about closing costs because what our contract stated was different than what I was verbally told. When I called Troy, I got voicemail, & texts saying to stop calling. I also tried from my daughter's phone. I was unaware that she then proceeded to redial until he finally answered. She shouldn't have stepped in, but he did finally take my call. After apologizing for my daughter's calls, he kindly said no apology was necessary and acted sympathetic to our situation. I said I would crunch numbers on a housing option that I had found. He also had other suggestions to help us out. We had no sooner gotten off the phone when he sent a text message canceling the contract and asking for kind reviews. The reason given was due to current market and the condition of the home. Either a bogus reason or he had lied to us in every conversation telling us they just needed the right offer. This was on April 3rd, after the 14 days that he even pointed out in his message that the contract allowed for them to cancel! I told him that I wanted to complete the contract as planned & schedule the closing. He refused to reinstate & honor the contract. We feel that because they did not cancel the contract within the 14 days it allotted after the first walkthrough that OfferGiants should honor the contract. We are unable to leave kind reviews to a company that doesn't honor their contracts and then gives a bogus reason for exiting...
Read moreMy experience with OfferGiants has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional specifically We entered into a signed contract on 3/25/25 in good faith but never received the agreed-upon $500 earnest money. Communication has been poor with Joe Banks, Troy Lilly and Sydney George all calls and voicemails go unanswered, and texts are often ignored or met with dismissive replies.
We were told multiple times they were “ready to close,” but that the title company was backed up. They said they’d connect us with the title company so we could “push” the process along.
When we asked for the contact info, we received a text from Troy Lilly on 5/13/25: “Hey, we’re very busy especially on Mondays. We’re doing this deal as a favor, it is not our typical structure or desire to buy a deal with no equity. If it’s going to be a constant calling and texting, we’re not super interested. The title company is super busy on higher priority files. As soon as we get the title clear we will close. If that’s not sufficient, you’re welcome to explore other options.”
Nowhere in the contract or any conversation prior was this described as a “favor” or non-standard deal. This response came after weeks of silence and effort on our part to get answers.
The only person who communicated with us consistently was Hannah from EzReiClosings who later emailed on 6/9/25 to say OfferGiants removed her from our file and she could no longer assist. This was the only helpful contact we had, and removing her made things worse.
We eventually found out the only item left for title clearance was the HOA release. OfferGiants failed to pay the fee which held our file up. Jessica from the title company said she’s tried to notify them but they don’t return her calls or emails either.
This has dragged on for over three months. My husband is active duty military and has been in and out of the country during this time which they knew about. All we asked for was clear and timely communication on a projected closing date which OfferGiants failed to do.
