I've been here multiple times, and I'm always surprised by the lack of customers. This is one of my favorite locations, and they never fail to present delicious, warm comfort food quickly. Many of the other locations attract lots of people, but their service and food doesn't match this location at all... so I'm really confused on why they don't receive as many customers. I hope this restaurant gets more customers, as the food and service here are amazing.

The atmosphere is warm and cozy with traditional-esque decorations. I like to sit in a spot where I can see the dolls, since they're really pretty 🤭🤭 The cultural touches to the furniture, lighting, and structure of the restaurant give it an authentic feeling as well.

I enjoyed getting to know the staff as well. Each and every single one of them are caring and welcoming. They are quick to take orders and help out. If you have any problems, they are willing to help out!

Finally, the food. I like the tomato broth, which contains a deeply flavorful, savory broth with smooth, soft rice noodles. The vegetables add variety in texture as well. I've eaten in the restaurant, and I've ordered To-Go multiple times as well, so I can guarantee that the taste doesn't change. If you do order To-Go, I recommend not ordering any fried food, since it gets soggy quickly.

A Flavorful Find for Noodle Lovers! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My recent visit to 10 Second Noodles in Sugar Land was an absolute delight! As someone who often looks for non-pork broth options, I was thrilled to find that while much of their menu features delicious-sounding pork broths, they had excellent alternatives that truly shone.

We opted for the chicken broth and the tomato broth soups, and both were incredibly flavorful and satisfying. The chicken broth was rich and comforting, while the tomato broth offered a vibrant, tangy, and deeply savory experience – a perfect choice for something a bit different. The noodles themselves, living up to the name, were perfectly cooked with that ideal slight chewiness.

Beyond the fantastic food, the service was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The staff were knowledgeable about the menu and happy to guide us through the options. The ambiance was also very pleasant, striking a nice balance between casual and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal.

If you’re looking for authentic Southwestern Chinese food, this place is a total winner. We tried the Original Pork Bone Soup and Mushroom Base Soup with fish fillet, as well as the Pickled Pepper Soup and Sour & Hot Soup with beef—every single one was super delicious and satisfying. The flavors were rich, balanced, and truly representative of regional cooking, and the Brown Sugar Rice Cake was the perfect sweet finish: crispy while soft inside, fragrant, and just the right amount of sweetness.

You can tell the ingredients are very fresh, and the kitchen pays great attention to detail. The soups especially stood out for being deeply flavorful without feeling greasy—pure comfort food that feels clean and nourishing.

The environment is spotless and the decor is cool and stylish, with cultural touches that make the space feel vibrant and authentic. And the staff?
