PM Fleets — Attraction in Houston

I’m proud to say I purchased a Dumptruck from PM Fleets. I’m even more proud that I was able to work with Peter at PM Fleets . I purchased a 2019 kenworth Dumptruck . With a full schedule I didn’t have the time to fly to Houston ,Tx from NC to checkout the equipment. After speaking with Peter he assured me that if i was seriously interested in the Dump truck he would not only deliver the truck to me free of charge but if I find anything wrong with the truck he would have those things repaired as well. Once the Dump truck was delivered I test drove the truck and although I liked the truck I found several things that was not to my liking. I took the truck to kenworth and they checked the truck over thoroughly . The total to do all the repairs on the truck was kinda high I contacted Peter and he was willing to not only pay for all the repairs, but he also purchased a 6 month extended warranty for the truck that covers all engine and transmission components . Peter stood on his word to assure I was completely satisfied. Because of my experience with Peter and I will be purchasing 2 more dumptrucks from PM Fleets in coming months . My family won their TikTok car give away and it was the biggest, most helpful blessing I could ever receive! The entire staff is so kind, caring & honest. Even after winning their car, Mr.Montes called me a few weeks after to ask how everything was & immediately got the problem with the car fixed. I could not imagine the pain he was feeling at the time not seeing that truck there the devastation the loss, the heartache, the pain, and all the work he put into it.
