They tried to sell me a car with fire damage and electrical issues as "lightly modded". This was a $45k car and they concealed that it had fire damage and didn't tell me it had a check engine light on. Then, they let me put down a $1000 deposit and fly in from out of state rather than just tell me the car had issues. They pushed hard to get them a bank draft before I had even seen the car!!!! I ignored that request, and I'm super fotunate I did. They admitted knowing about the check engine light only after my mechanic told me the news l. They asked MY mechanic to look at the issue when they dropped the car off for a purchase inspection, but didn't tell me about it! When I called to ask why they didn't tell me, they had no answer and deflected. The owner kept telling me it was "my opinion" that the car was in bad shape, and got upset when I told him it was an observation, not opinion. They never once told me the car had any issues until I discovered it through my mechanic and questioned them. The dealer claimed their own mechanic thoroughly looked over and test drove the car and found nothing. But the fire damage is evident from photos on their website on closer inspection, so I guess their mechanic doesn't open the hood! The car is still on their site for a premium price, see yourself, 2020 Subaru STI. Look at the engine bay pics for char damage. Very shady business preying on trusting customers. Wasted a lot of time and money where honesty could...
Read moreSCAMMERS! Originally came here because they had such great reviews on google but from my personal experience ... once the deal is done they show their true colors! They were so upset that I didn’t go with their credit union instead went with my own who gave me a MUCH BETTER DEAL I saved myself from paying 10,000 extra!! They were so rude and unprofessional, even said I was never going to get approved anywhere else! They thought they were going to play two young people.. I did my research very well and in the end they had to accept the fact I went with a much better credit union I never signed any papers agreeing to anytbjng.. but still are refusing to do my car inspection after my credit union is paying them to! They’re just so upset they had to let that car go and aren’t getting paid what they originally “thought” they were going to scam me for. Worst place to get a car from, might as well get it from a big dealership. They’ll make everything sound great but once the deal is done they won’t care for you as much after that. And don’t get me started with the manager behind that window you can’t see through, unprofessional to the max... never in my life have I’ve been to a car dealer who treat you the way these people do. Yeah you’ll get to drive out the car that same day and all & everything will sound legit but be very careful on anything you sign or agree to. They’re good at what they do, SCAM...
Read moreI drove 8 hrs to buy a car. The promised a good apr and full tank of gas also said the car had a recent service job. When i got there they beat around the bush and said the problems with the car would be fixed...then once i arrive the apr was 20%. I got the car home and found it has bad piston rings and has several electronic components including air bags bypassed to make check engine light to turn off also has poor body work done on a accident that wasnt on their carfax report...then once engine had stopped running i took to a mechanic and they showed me signs the vehicle had been in a flood type situation which destroyed alot of the electronic which is why many of the electronic sensors were bypassed....do not buy from the dealership...every part of this purchase was a lie and i have extreme mechanical issues that wont be fixed because their $800 warranty i had to pay for doesnt cover any of the problems.......i would give 0 stars if i could...they sold me a lemon but rigged it to make past lemon law time frame...so i got had...dont let them...
