Burger King — Restaurant in Houston

DISGUSTING SERVICE I AM APPALLED!!! TERRIBLE MANAGER BIZMARCK SCREAMS AT CUSTOMERS. COULD HAVE PREVENTED A HUMAN TRAFFICKING SITUATION/RAPE/DEATH BUT REFUSED AS IF 30 SECONDS WASN'T WORTH A LIFE! My girlfriends 16 year old sister was abducted and managed to phone from this Burger King today. After hearing the sound of her rushing out and her abruptly having to hang up, my girlfriend called the Burger King to see if they noticed which way she left or if she was with the alleged man, who's abducted her (37 yrs old) The employee, who answered the phone REFUSED to help her or even ask his coworkers during this emergency circumstance. All we got was "I just got here and you want me to do all of this?? No, I'm the only cashier right now, call back later" and he hung up on her. This kind of behavior is disgusting and the employee should face consequences, especially when a young lady's life is on the line. We will be making calls to management today in hopes that this TERRIBLE employee and service does not continue to thrive. HATE THIS PLACE WOSRT SERVICE POSSIBLE try Chik-fil-a instead, they are very courteous...

This isn't my favorite. We ordered through the drive through, I had two orders I was very polite. Everything seemed fine even though the person who took our order also gave it to us.. we get home to realize half our order isn't there called and she said next time she can replace it. Go to sit down and the burgers I ordered cheese on didn't have cheese. So we drove up there, called on my way and the manager made fresh burgers and fries. However...

Last time I visited I went inside with my family. There's always prostitutes outside, ALWAYS this particular time there was already an insanely drunk man inside, mind you its 2pm. In walks these women who were changing in their car by the door from one dress to another. And the drunk guy and them start to argue. Making a loud scene saying words my 6mth old and two year old should not be hearing and no staff member did anything about it. Literally thought a fight would break out. The security officer that stays there to patrol the area came in shortly after the guy left and was joking around with the two girls. I was furious. Thankfully we don't live close...

First went through the drive thru ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburgers. Both came out cold cheese not even melted. One didn’t even have bacon on it. Took it back to the location and they have an attitude as to why we were even bringing it back. Got the new burger it was the same burger I had just handed them just added bacon, still cold cheese not melted bacon not hot. Went back in after checking it and all you here is the “cook” yelling “What’s wrong with the burger, what’s wrong with it!” The lady that was at the front counter just stated “Please just make another burger” got the burger.... Wrong again! This time it was a single burger still cold cheese not melted. When I went in to explain they simply didn’t care. They also refused to give recipient.
