Good: service was friendly Bad: everything else. Came at 2:45 AM. Had to wait four minutes before somebody was able to take my order. That was not because of the long line. Then I waited behind two cars an additional 7-8 minutes. Finally I got up to the pickup window. I was not acknowledged by the employee. He was busy on the order computer apparently trying to transfer funds to a Swiss account. Finally, after I started to pull forward as I was going to leave, he opened the window to take my money. He then walked over and picked up the food which had been patiently waiting until it got cold, put it in a bag, and gave it to me. The chicken sandwich had clearly been microwaved is it was not crispy, the lettuce was soggy and the chicken was a hard tasteless puck. The Jumbo Jack at least had non-microwaved lettuce however obviously the Pattie had been soaked in water well pass the time of which it should have been disposed. It was soggy, cold, and tasteless. I had asked for no pickles and said it at least three different time while ordering. Of course, it came with pickles. I won't bother at this...

Read moreFirst a lady came on the intercom and asked what we would like to order, the young man David tried to tell me he couldn't take my order because system needs to reboot for 5 mins, it took longer. I asked if he could stay cooking it while we wait, he didn't respond. I waited at intercom for a while with no responses. Drove to window, David tried to tell me that since he couldn't take our order through the intercom that we would need to drive all the way back around through and wait on other customers who were behind us for him to take our order. I refused obviously. He finally with an attitude and after a stare down, took my order after me proceeding to give it to him about five times. He took my food out of you so I don't know what he did to it in retaliation. This behavior is very very unprofessional and unacceptable!
