Giving it two stars because the drivers are almost always really nice. HOWEVER! There is extremely limited food options when traveling from Houston to Monterrey. They only stop once when going to Mexico and once when returning to Houston. Both restaurants they stop at are DISGUSTING!! There are flies ON the food, the food looks like it's been sitting out for hours. The snacks that the restaurant, from our way back to Houston, was selling snack that were over two years expired! They stop in the middle of nowhere so you have to eat there or go hungry because there aren't any other alternatives. We've traveled with this agency for a few years now and everytime we stop to eat we get sick. Last year we ended up in the ER in Mexico! This year we traveled again and we didn't eat when going to Mexico because we were scared to get sick again. However, we ate on our way back to Houston. We got food poisoning! It's absolutely ridiculous that they aren't able to stop at more hygiene locations. There are literal stops all around with better food options. I wish I had taken photos of the food. Trust and believe that I will reporting this to, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, both the US and Texas Department of Transportation, and the Better Business Bureau. Don't ask me to email you for further information, unless you plan to refund me the entire trip. Because we have reached out in the past and we've only received a sorry excuse of an apology. You lost an entire family of loyal customers.

I would like to share that my experience with Omnibus Express was terrible, during this pandemic you would expect the bus driver to wear his mask at all times which he did not he also did not focus on the road at all times he had AirPods in his ears the whole time during the drive from Houston to Atlanta taking his eyes off the road to work on paperwork while driving exposing all passengers while making cash deals under the table to make cash which is called (stealing) making stops where not needed to seal cash deals all passengers needed a break from these long trips the drivers from the bus line stop at the rest area before Opelika Alabama he was in such a hurry to make a few dollars that he put us through torture, Fernando Fernandez was the driver on shift a satisfied customer makes his CHECK not poor customer service he exposed all passengers to kidnapping do to putting random people on board with no bus ticket (REGISTRATION) and making random stops I would like for Omnibus Express to take action AGAINST this BEHAVIOR! The bus was #5108 not to mention NO BREAKFAST having kids and seniors on the bus makes it very hard not to have PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS BEHAVIOR! date of trip 10/18/2021——10/19/2021

We were placed on what looked like the oldest bus they had. I'm guessing due to Covid, they are overselling tickets because when you get to Laredo, they wait for 70 people to show up so they can fill the buses. (Someone get the staff a mic, can't hear anything with their mask on) * I reserved seat 8 and ended up sitting on 37* -_- Don't assume they have sanitized anything. Take your stuff to clean We're not traveling for free, 40 passengers X at least 110.00 per ticket, the least they can do is keep everything updated.

My grandma uses this place as transportation since she does not like going to airplanes, she uses this type of transportation a lot as it's on bus. The service in this place is absolutely horrible, sometimes the busses don't come as scheduled and we end up having to wait longer than usual. I don't complain about that however since I know traffic can be bad. The one thing I will complain about though is the service. The bus my grandma was going to was already there before the bus she came to dropped since the bus that came to drop her off was late. My problem starts here, keep in mind that the bus she was already going to was already delayed due to the other bus being tardy. Me and my family were saying our goodbyes and the driver of the bus tells us to please hurry up. My father told him to calm down and that we were just saying our goodbyes, he then proceeded to say that it was our fault that the bus was getting delayed and that we should hurry already. Driver kept provoking my father's anger and disrespected us even though we did nothing wrong. He then threatened us to return the tickets and that he was not going to take my grandma to her destination.(he didn't do it fortunately) After this we complained to the manager and the manager said that we should respect other people and that we should calm down. The manager handled this situation so bad but we left since it wasn't worth the trouble. If you can avoid transporting this way with this company please do, definitely would not recommend for someone to tolerate such bad...
