Oak Street Health South Wayside Primary Care Clinic — Local services in Houston

If I could give a 0 I would. This is not against the NP I was seeing because she is great. The people who answer the phone are horrible and non caring. I had been very sick for a month and tried to make an appointment and was told I had to he assessed first and someone would call me back. That call never came. I had taken tests and was never called to discuss results which I found out months later is something of concern. Trying to get information is a nightmare with these people. I recommended 2 people to them and I regret it deeply. All that fake nonsense on TV they advertise is nothing but a hoax to get you to join. I get a headache everytime I think about Oak Street and not going to deal with this ridiculous...

I truly enjoyed the staff and their professionalism. The medical assistance, the nurse practitioner and the lab assistance were very cordial. The attention to detail was great and their conversations were always full of information and care. I’m told that there is a closer clinic to where I live if I want to take advantage of the green van, but because of the people that work at oak street, I will provide my on transportation.
