This morning at 9:30 A.m., was the first time I and my small dog visited this park. The park scenery is beautiful. However, after walking along the left side of the loop (beside the shaded wood) from the Pavilion about 500 feet. It scared me by a white homeless man suddenly came out from the woods by the 249 Highway side and came by me, abusing and talking badly with the intention of robbing me. Luckily, I was holding a long stick (every time I and my small dog walked outside) and raised the stickup to him. He was scared and went back to the woods picked a long tree branch came back to attack me. I raise my stick to protect myself and rush back to the front of the Park. I called 911 and stayed in the parking lot for 45 minutes to wait for the police officer to come for help but no one came. The white homeless man wore black pants and took off an orange-blue T-shirt crossing the field and entering the back of Wall Green. I left and observed around the parking lot. a few people by there almost are homeless.
It is not safe for everyone to play in this park although the park looks so nice!
The park manager needs to report to the police to make it safe for the community.
Note: I noticed the white homeless man used to hide inside the section of woods next to the loop track by Ella Rd. area and behind the Auto repair and inspection shop to wait for somebody lonely walking on the loop across the place where he is hiding. He will come out to threaten and rob. Tomorrow morning I guess he will come back to where he hid to wait for another person his victim. Also, I noticed two young black guys (about 25-27 years old) with two bicycles very suspicious sitting at the picnic table beside the wood and the loop track by the location where he came out, stopped, and threatened me this...
Read moreit is a wonderful Park I take my dogs for a walk there actually almost every weekend and during the week sometime in the morning before I go to work and in the evenings the only issue there is that there is no undercover officers around when their pups and other animals being left there and people drinking in the vehicles and makes the park look bad and gives it a bad breath but overall it is a good beautiful place and I see that y'all do is try to keep it clean that's what I mean there should be some kind of undercover police officer scoping out the parking lot as like I said I've lived here I'm fallbrook for 31 years and then when I go there I always see something like that going on today is Sunday morning and there was a man with a couple of chihuahuas in his truck and I asked him was he going to leave those dogs there and he replied no but there was already two of them running around and the man was drinking the big can of beer on a Sunday can you believe it but other than that I give you a...
Read moreThe flies are unbelievably horrible, hungry and annoying at this location. The amount of flies and their activity level completely dampened the overall experience as they were everywhere! More frequent trash pick up is needed at this location. Parking is somewhat limited. The park trail seems to be very woody as it the trail is encased by trees adjoined from opposite sides of the trail. I did not venture on the trail so the actual experience could be different from what I perceived it to be. There is a splash pad and play area for kids to play at. We were at the pavilion near the parking area. I will NEVER visit again as this was for a...
