Burger King — Restaurant in Houston

So we waited inine for a long time. Finally someone took our order. I asked her to repeat because the way I ordered was not on the screen. Attitude the entire time. Then when I got my food I checked it because she would not go over the order with me! I looked at my burger and it only had a pattie and it was so greasy and broken from the way they smashed it on the bun. So the lady slams the window in my face so I'm honking the horn to get their attention. I say ma'am I ordered #1 with no sauce like ketchup and mustard or mayo. She said no you said plain, I said ma'am please don't argue with me about my order. Will you be able to make it for me or not? She starts screaming at me saying well that's what I heard and on and on and on! She was so rude, nasty attitude, nasty body language, screaming at the customers. Before I left I said is it possible to speak to a manager! She said she was the manager! My God, someone needs to have a talk with this lady because all the customers were having a problem with her. My mother lives that Burger King, but I don't think it's a good place to go...

This Burger King location is AWESOME! Always have great food & drink deals...The Drive-Thru moves pretty quick & the Drive-thru employees gave great customer service skills. I 💖 that they currently have $1.00 small Coffee #Frappes!!! #Mocha is my favourite & guilty pleasure...lol😁😂👏👏...Editing my review....it's 05-07-2019 Just ordered thru the drive-thru for my Family....the Man at the window had a very NEGATIVE VIBE...He did not greet my Daughter who us driving ...just RUDELY handed us our orders...then we asked for a small Ice water for my grandson.. & he seem irritated after only giving Ice...again...no words at all...just an angry look on his face...I'm going to leave the 5 stars because we have had great customer service with the other ladies who work drive-Thru...but this guy...

Burger king 👑. What can anyone say that hasn't been said? Will I'll see what I can do here. Burger King has the best hamburgers only because they have not changed the way it's made. GOOD is only way to say it. We as people makes this burger the one to get when money is low YES I am saying that you can feed your family and still have gas money to finish out the week. And the food is not either. So let's not over look the companies that has remember we help them to stay in business.

Today I was asked about the dineing in at burger king yes you can at most of them. If I were you I would call the one that's closest to you and find out if they are allowing people to dine in sorry I don't have a yes for all...
