I was just at this store at 10pm tonight. May 29th 2024. I ordered 4 tacos. The girl at the register with braids had my card for a good while. I pulled up to see what she was doing, my card was laying in front of the register and she had her cell phone out taking a picture. I asked her did she just take a picture of my card, she said no upset. It was obvious I saw her, a red Card popped up in her pictures. What’s red, my card. The manager came over trying to check me. Not even verified what I said. I told him just give me my card and I’ll call corporate. He was talking loud and crazy also. As I drove off he claimed I didn’t pay for my food, but obviously I received a notification of a swipe at Jack in the box. So it’s obvious she swiped it and taking a picture. #1 no employee should have their cell phones out at work, at the cash register, while making transactions with other people’s money. Maybe her and the manager are in cahoots with each other. He never once told her anything. I will be calling corporate and my bank. My proof that she did swipe my card. I did pay. Read moreHorrible service.... pulled up to the drive thru to order, gave my whole order and then told me to hold on. Someone else proceeded to help me and I had to repeat the order over. Some may say that's not so bad it happens... How about if you finally get around to the window only to find the same car that ordered in front of you playing around with the first person that took your order originally. Then having to wait 10 min. for them to pull off only being handed a small bag and 2 drinks. Then pulling up, paying and then being told to pull around and they'll bring the order out. Takes another 10 min. to bring out the food. Really 5 chicken sandwiches and 4 tacos!!! If you have ever been in the inside to dine and looked behind the counter... Jack in the Box stay with the chicken patties and tacos on deck... to busy not doing their job to make others wait just to *k off. 20min. In a drive thru with 1 car in front of you for some food that gets sandbagged waiting for the next 90 cars to roll up and about 90% of them are gonna order chicken...

Waited at the intercom for 20 plus minutes just to be served by someone who spoke broken English. Then she couldn’t keep up with the order and I had to repeat myself over and over. It was 4 cars in front of me and she waited until she cleared the whole line before taking my order. Don’t punish the customer because you can’t beat the wait clock properly. Then they had the car behind me sit at the intercom when I was the only car in front of it.

Way to go! This place has upped its service all around. I specifically want to give thanks to the younger African American girl in the drive thru. She is the most nicest and kindest person they have employed and makes the effort to give good customer service. Since she has been there, I have not had an issue with my food and when I hear her voice on the intercom, it gives me reassurance that I will have a pleasant experience. Great job!
