Hartz Chicken Buffet — Restaurant in Houston

Do not come to this hartz! Go to the one off of 290 or the ones farther down 249 or even the one near timmy chans on gears and veterans memorial. I came here recently, haven’t been since I was a kid, my mom would always say no, never go again they have flies and the place looks bad. I should have listened! I came in and only had maybe one plate of food, basically whatever was there. No new food, nothing new, nothing FRESH was served to me. I noticed when other customers came that knew the cashier she served them all fresh chicken, hot fresh food etc. honestly don’t know why this hartz is still in business I have absolutely no clue. Buffet didnt have chicken out for customers. We had to ask everytime. Buffet options were next to none as most of the containers were empty and not refilled. Nothing was fresh. Supplies were stacked in dining area. Ceiling tiles were molded and one are leaking water on dining table. Employe were eating upfront and talking behind chicken display and not restocking or in front for assistance. The inside was locked where you could not get in. No sign saying lobby was closed. As soon as I pulled up to the drive thru speaker to order they told me to pull up to the window where you actually get your order. I ordered 2 wing specials and 6 piece hot wing special for my daughter.
