Shipley Do-Nuts — Restaurant in Houston

Horrible customer service. My second and last time to visit Shipley’s. Just because your product and brand is popular does not mean that you can not give good customer service. First time inside, no smile, no sense of pride behind the brand. Ordered what I needed, specified that I will be eating inside...ordered a coffee to go so it’ll be hot for travel to someone else when I leave. The associate poured it anyway. After eating I approached the counter, clearly someone could have said something to me but I was passed over by six associates that did not ask if I needed anything especially after I said excuse me. Granted it was not busy at all. I kindly walked out and kindly will not return. I also observed how all other guests of the same nationality as the associates working were treated with respect and urgency as I was eating but not to others who were not. I can get outstanding customer service and decent respect from a mom and pop eatery that is nearby that I should have visited before in the next...

I stopped in before work and was the only one behind a couple that was ordering. I stood in line for 10 mins and the lady who was taking orders looked at me and said one moment so i waited patiently. A line starts to form and another lady walks up and waves to a man behind me and just starts taking his order. I looked at her put my arms up confused as to why she just ignored me in line. She just looked at me. The other worker told her I was next and she just brushed it off like oh well. It was so rude. I just walked out and left. I will never stop...
