Subway — Restaurant in Houston

I was here for lunch on 5.6.2016 around noon. The workers were very inattentive and slow to walk to the counter to help (I can see you all sitting in the back).

Also, the women working would only speak Spanish to me. I don't speak or understand Spanish, and gave them a confused look anytime they asked something in Spanish, but they continued on without shame. I told her I didn't understand, she didn't seem to care. The lady behind me received the same treatment, but seemed to understand at least some of what she was being asked (she responded in English though).

On top of this, the ladies were walking around the restaurant having a very loud conversation in Spanish, standing two feet from my table at times.

Feel free to speak Spanish to any of your customers that prefer it, but have the courtesy to attempt English if you see a customer struggling to...

As soon as i walked in the guy said he had no change. He didnt even know what i wanted. Im black with dreads. He turned me down 5 times before he knew what i wanted. I have visited this particular shoppe for the past 2 years and I have never seen anything like it. On my last visit, the sandwichmakers (4) were working on a ordered 'sandwich tray'. They were all gloved as required, however, they had the tray sitting on the checkout counter as they were loading it and checking out in-store customers. You had breathing patrons lurking over the food of unknowing indulgers. Not to mention, the staffer's were mixing tuna hands with turkey hands with Italian BLT hands. I love Subway products.
