Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Aldine

I'm honestly surprised this location is still operating. My order was not ready when I arrived, and I had ordered in advance online. The employee at the register was telling everyone that the wait time was around 30 minutes, and another customer said they had already been waiting for over an hour. While I was waiting, another customer shared that the same staff had laughed at customers during her previous visit when they complained. She also mentioned that the cashier had been outside smoking while there was a long line inside. Based on what I saw today I believe it. I also witnessed the cashier being rude to a child who was just trying to order a pizza. When I asked about my own order, the cashier simply said she didn't know when it would be ready because I had ordered the crazy puffs. At that point, I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Between what I experienced and what other customers described, I will not be returning to this location or recommending it to anyone. Food poisoning for sure! I don’t usually get pizza from this place, but when I do it’s always “chaos” in there. I know it gets busy in there, but I think there’s no reason for the employees to be “nasty” with the process of the food. If you’ve ordered pizza on a Sunday afternoon-evening, you know what I’m talking about. The employees have a complete mess back there! There’s food on the floor, their working station(where the toppings from the pizza are)is a mess. Sometimes there are guys getting the toppings and eating them while making the pizzas. They’re like chilling in there, talking, having a “great” time touching each other while making the pizza and not using gloves....

I don’t usually write reviews, it takes a lot for me to decide it’s worth it…Anyone who gives this place a good review is lying or probably knows someone who works there, I live down the street so I order there often; To be very proudly told I have to sit there and wait another 20min (hoping I leave because it’s too long of a wait) for the order that was supposed to be done, and then walk away with my order still being incorrect?!, I’m not spending my money on whatever they feel like handing me, because they give my pizza to someone else, trying to fool me with a prep pizza from the cooler because you messed up my order, instead of making the...
