Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Aldine

The night shift manager is HORRIBLE!! His attitude & customer service is VERY POOR! I’ve had to many bad experiences with him being the manager on duty and this time I am tired & have had enough! I never leave reviews but being that I was once a manager for Popeyes I am very offended with his attitude and customer service so I’m leaving one tonight! If I knew Popeyes customer service would fail like this I would have stayed employed to help maintain it! I’ve never treated a customer so rude and with so much attitude as if he/she owe me something. I am a paying customer & I waited to get my ordered took with out him telling to me hold on he just left me sitting there after he greeted me just to get pulled up to receive the wrong meal with him having a attitude because I wanted buffalo sauce instead of ranch like how you make me get what you want me to get and I met you at the door instead of you walking back and forward to help you out! I didn’t notice my food was messed up until I got home and when I called no one answer the phone I then go back and he give me more attitude as well as you give your cashier attitude when she heard what I order I said BLACKENED TENDERS & FRESH FRIES PLEASE SINCE I HAD TO WAIT ANY WAYS like I repeated it to you 3 times I guess he cant hear or read English because I got rung up for what was in the bag “5 classic mild tenders and cold fries not blackened and fresh fries smh I need someone from Popeyes to contact me about this situation so I can further explain on details he doesn’t deserve his job if he doesn’t want to be there and with good energy someone else can do it! He wouldn’t tell me his name but it’s ok we’ll figure that one out as well...

Went there for diner yesterday evening. Ordered a 3 piece spicy all white with red beans, no rice and a apple pie. He tells me it will be 7 minutes on the pie and ask if that's okay. I said yes. He takes my order and my money and gives me a cup. I get me some unsweet tea. I'm standing the waiting on my meal while he is B.S.ing with a young lady that works there. He turns around and see me and ask it I wanted my food now. I said yes so he starts putting it together. I'm watching him and I ask if he is getting me all white. He forgot I ask for all white meat. He gives it to me and I look and I see rice in my red beans. He changes that, I go and sat down and started to eat what I though was the breast. It was a thigh with part of a leg stuck to it. I take it back, he gives me a breast. A few minutes later I see the manager lock the doors. I thought this was strange since it was only around 8:35 P.M.. At around 8:43 I go to refill my tea and they don't have anymore unsweet tea because they have poured it out. I ask why they would pour it out when it was not even 8:45 yet and they don't close until 10:00. The manager said well people don't drink unsweet tea. I looked around and looked back at her and said I drink unsweet tea. They offered me soda or sweet tea. I told them I don't drink sodas or sweet tea. They then offered me water. I told them no I do not want water, that I paid for unsweet tea. They both just turned and walked away. They never even so much as offered to refund my money for my drink. I have been going to this location for years but the services has really gone down. Time to find...

Worst service ever ordered the $6 box with an extra side which was macaroni. I was never told the side items were not ready. Once at the window I paid for my food and shortly after the window was closed and the emplovee never said it would be a wait on chicken or sides after about 6mins she came to the window stating they didn't have any macaroni and asked if I wanted another side I then replied no and she said well macaroni will take 6 more mins and that's when I told her it's okay l'll take a refund for the macaroni. She called for the manager multiple times who blatantly ignored me and her but once she came she gave me the refund for the Mac and closed the window and once again I'm still waiting on my food in which I wasn't even notified that it'll be a wait on chicken or sides. I finally received my chicken and as I'm pulling off to my SURPRISE the chicken was warm AF and greasy as if they re dipped chicken from the night before.. so I'm trying to figure out why the long wait and the food I received wasn't even hot. the employees need to be trained on proper customer service or find new jobs ASAP....I also tried to do a survey online and the website is saying the info is wrong so I'm sure they cancelled the whole order and pocketed...
