Terrible service. We saw them at the July bridal extravaganza and a lady reassured us that they were experts on fitting extremely slim men like my fiancé. Since then, they've cancelled his fitting THREE times over three weeks on the day of the appointment and today when he went in to get fitted, the suit was too big and they told him it actually doesn't come in his size and that it would cost in the neighborhood of $100 to alter. They've also messed up a couple of his groomsmen's tuxes. The price is very cheap and that is what attracted us to them because I'm a teacher and don't have a lot of money, but STAY AWAY. We are about a month before it and now having to find somewhere else for a tuxedo. The manager refused to speak with me also. If anyone has a place they like for suits that isn't super expensive, please give me recommendations...

Horrible service rude to a whole another level the young cashier joda or Joel or whatever his name is which I think he lie. When I asked for his name has the worse costumer service he treats costumers like if they are asking him for money we ask for help finding a jacket he said I'm just a cashier i cant move leave my post . I saw him fixing stuff across the store. go find it or ask the other lady by fitting rooms. Oh my god are you kidding do you know work here how can someone work as sells person and not like to help people or like people . I demand he goes to training or fired him cant be in front of a store and be that disrespectful to costumers that just part of what I witness that 30 mins I spend in the store. We are tonsoens our miney in this store not to be treated ...

I was needing just a sport coat to match a pair of pants I have for a very important function the following night, and time was of the extreme essence. I was recommended some other 2 letter suit superstore and the results there were incredibly less than spectacular. I couldn’t get anyone to look my direction much less acknowledge me. So I drove over to SuitMart on my lunch break and was so pleasantly pleased; I didn’t want to leave! I wanted to borrow some money so I could stay and buy more stuff! Kara, Scott (Big Easy!) and a third gentleman all worked with me and got me EXACTLY what I needed and had me looking like a movie star, and for a better price than I could have imagined. Thank you all so much. My day was made, my evening will be better...
