We did a lot of shopping in person at a lot of furniture stores to try and test out fabrics, sizes, styles, and comfort. We ended up buying from Luna because it was a better price for higher quality with cheaper delivery costs. When the timeframe for delivery was approaching, my furniture had not arrived in the warehouse yet, and so we got online and started reading SO MANY horrible reviews about Luna. I was terrified that we had just thrown away a bunch of money (we bought a dining set, a loveseat and a sectional) or that we were going to encounter horrible customer service or bad communication. BUT it all turned out SO WELL! We really like every single item. I got updates by email and text. The delivery happened within the promised time range and the delivery men were careful and polite.
