Brand Marca Thrift — Local services in Houston

I just had to write a post. Yesterday had such an Amazing experience at brandmarco. I shop at many high end clothing stores , but Never in my life have I received Exceptional service like yesterday ! A beautiful young lady by the name of Ry'll Fuge helped me. This lady walked around the store with me showing me clothes. While I was trying on clothes she gave me suggestions and also went to different areas in the store to bring back clothes for me to see and try on. I recently lost almost 100lbs and I've been in desperate need of new clothes, but I refuse to buy clothes that are not good quality. I plan on being a regular at this store ! They also constantly bring new clothing to the racks, so no two visits to the store will be the same. I Definitely recommend this store to Everyone ! I recently visited and while the experience was mostly positive, there were a few things that stood out. First and foremost, Ms. Natalie was an absolute gem! She was so sweet, helpful, and genuinely made my shopping experience enjoyable with her great conversation. I truly appreciate her kindness and hope to see her again on future visits. As for the store itself, the prices were a bit disappointing. Even with the 40% off sale, my total for six items came out to $57, which felt a little steep for a thrift store. Additionally, the selection of graphic tees both for men and women could use an upgrade. Overall, I appreciate the friendly customer service and the variety of items available, but I do hope the pricing and inventory improve in the future.

For a thrift store that specializes in brand names primarily, the selection is pretty great! The selection from tops to bottoms to shoes were great and well priced. The idea of having different colored tags marking different percentages off was cool as well, like Goodwill. I only docked one star as the selection primarily consists of sizes for people on the smaller side. Like yeah, most name brands don’t support larger people, but the complete lack of selection for sizes past 18 was extremely disappointing. And finding shoes bigger than around the 10s?
