had such a wonderful experience at Tea Villa in Houston! First off, the location is fantastic — easy to find and with great parking, which made the visit super convenient. The area itself is really charming and quiet, a perfect little oasis away from the usual hustle and bustle of the city. It felt cozy and peaceful, just the kind of vibe you want when you’re looking to unwind.

The staff at Tea Villa were incredibly sweet and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I was especially impressed that they made me a custom coffee exactly how I like it — such a thoughtful and personal touch that really made me feel special. And the tea? Absolutely delicious. They have such a great variety, and everything was brewed perfectly. You can tell they really care about quality.

The atmosphere is cute and inviting, with cozy seating and tasteful decor that makes you want to stay and soak it all in. Whether you’re looking for a quiet spot to read, chat with friends, or just enjoy a moment of calm, Tea Villa is definitely the place to go.

Got drinks door dashed yesterday to my work and this is the second time that the drink I got was not good. I got a jasmine green milk tea with 50% sugar and tapioca and the last time it was full sugar I had to throw it away after a sip and the tapioca all stuck to each other and were not up to standard, the tapioca tasted hard and old. I thought it was a mistake and my colleagues and I ordered for our unit again and a lot of us are unhappy with the quality and yet again my jasmine green milk tea tasted funky, almost sour and the tapioca was all stuck together and tasted old. I do not like giving negative reviews but the drink this time was undrinkable I took two sips and threw my drink again. The quality is not up to standard compared to 85 degrees Celsius bakery or The Teahouse...

This is my very first time trying tea villa and my experience here was very good the workers are very nice and they work fast and efficient. I really liked how the food tasted and the drink was to my expectations, it was Soo good I really do recommend coming here.
