Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Houston

000 stars this is the worst Chipotle I ever been to. Service food everything! Went around 3 pm. I came in it was empty no one greeted me it look very dirty the meat looked dried up NOT fresh been sitting there for a while. There was ONLY 2 employees how do you run a business like that ??? The guy who was busy cooking at back came over to ask what I needed. He started then the girl finish up my order they were both rude unprofessional. It was a mess all around the food section very unsanitary and the online section was even worse. After she got done she still had me waiting on the side to help someone else ????? Wasting my time. Definely slow service and please hire more people?!!!!!!

The girl had a hickey on her neck big and visible how disgusting!!! How does Chipotle allow employees to work like that???? Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Should be send home. The barbarcoa tasted expired stingy on meat very dry, rice was hard when chewing, pleaseee avoid this location. I was on my lunch didn't have a choice but never going back. HORRIBLE experience had to throw...

So I haven't eaten at chipotle for a few years, the last time was in Colorado. Now I remember why I haven't been eating at a chipotle. To start I always get my burrito in a bowl. The tortilla that used to come with it is now an added .60cents. which wouldn't be bad if the tortilla was fresh and edible. This experience is not just one time. This review is based off of 2 visits and $38.00. each visit cost a little over $19.00. What I ordered was a burrito in the bowl. With a tortilla on the side. I asked them to drain the juice off my beans as much as they could, I got shredded beef and again asked them to try to drain as much juice as they could. I got a small drink and my total was over $19.00. not a big deal. I grabbed my fork filled my drink and went to my table, both times I mistakenly grabbed a fork and both times I had to go back and get a spoon. It was more like a burrito soup, and kinda tasteless. I remember now why I don't eat at chipotle I clearly have to high of expectations...

They had no chicken cooked at 4pm. Which isnt irregular. I was a Gm at cava; shake shack and many other fast casual places. I can tell you what Ive observed over the last few weeks needs to be immediately remedied from the area director to the GM in this location. Its sad because I know it isnt an easy job, especially with the lack in labor and support that is apparent from when you enter the place. I guarantee if you ran a sales report chicken is their top selling protein. Yet 20 minute wait for chicken. I get things happen but i come here 2 or 3 times after worl a week, and they never have anything and are always out of dressing. I will be writtting corporate. The staff are nice enough but the boh staff can be very rude . The staff said the gm just left, he did not set them up for success and left them with an empty line.
