Worst experience. Deserves zero stars. I never thought I’d have an experience like this at a Target. They need to check the returns they get because unfortunately we got screwed over big time by them. My mother was happy to buy a baby high chair from them for my son but when she gets home, it is a super dirty, overly used chair that wasn’t even the right chair pictured in the box! She was disgusted! And rightfully angry! We go the next day to Target to get a refund or at least store credit or anything because we want what she spent money for. We get there and the first lady opens the box and points out the obvious and we explain that we’re also confused as to why we got this in the box. She calls someone else. The other lady comes to talk to us and is saying they won’t take it and they won’t give us a refund since it’s not their store’s item. I again explain that that is the exact reason they should help us because we got cheated out of what we wanted to purchase and that is on them for allowing this disgusting chair to be sold. She’s not having it. Their attitude starts escalating to eye rolls and suggestions that we put the chair in the box trying to scam them. That is outrageous. I understand that that’s the first thing that comes to mind since I too work at a retail store but to treat customers like they did is crazy. I would’ve gotten in trouble acting like they did. Dismissive and rude. I ask for a manager because my mother can’t believe that she’ll be out $45 for an ugly chair. Manager ends up telling me and repeating “we can’t return an item that’s not ours “. I UNDERSTAND! THAT IS WHY WE WANT TO RETURN IT BECAUSE IT’S NOT WHAT WE BOUGHT!!! My mom starts walking away because she wants to cry over how infuriating this is for her to lose the money she worked for and knowing that they don’t care for customer satisfaction. Just know that we wouldn’t be taking it this far if we were actually trying to scam you. This is on you for failing your customers. Can’t wait to talk...
Read moreHere's my honest review of this Target from today and the last few days. Horrible customer service and ruin the Target brand. The Manager on duty Linda refuse to give me the store manager name after my horrible experience today. Corporate Management please work on this ASAP you will be hearing from me and others. Let's start with the less devastating issue. 1st Observation: Restaurant area- no one seems to ever work in the restaurant front area. You literally wait and say hello 5 times before anyone if ever appear. 2nd Observation: Today the cashier name Jennifer with no one in line by the way.... looking annoyed and like she didn't want to be there. As I walked up she refused to wait on me. She just looked me up and down from head to toe, then rolled her eyes and laughed. I was dressed casual and normal like any woman in my middle age group. So I didn't see the problem and the reason for laughing....no one else was around. I then asked her the price of the soda she laughed and said nothing. I then asked her was there a problem. She then begin to snap at me. I walked to another line where I met another manager name Linda making a purchase ahead of me. I immediately asked Linda for the store manager name she said she didn't know the store manager name and told me to talk to another manager on duty that was no where to be found by the way. No ma'am this will not be swept under the rug, because I can see clearly you all cover for each other with this run around. All paying Target customers should be treated with dignity regardless of size, race , gender, or social economic.. Perhaps this was a form of discrimination based on my different size , age, or plain simple clothes. If the store manager does not correct this then my lawyer will talk to corporate, or the media. Also another lady in a wheelchair refused to go in Jennifer line and nodded to me in agreement. I'm guessing they usually treat their customers rude all of the time. Shame on you Target this is...
Read moreShopping here is great, most of the time. Definitely a plus with the Starbucks inside. I’ve noticed widely throughout social media, that Target locations nationwide have become a hotspot for dangerous activity ( creeps following women ) I’ve seen tons of viral videos of women being followed, or creeps lurking in the store. I was here two days ago, and noticed an unusual man with no cart, or handheld basket wandering just outside of the little girls ( toddler ) toy isle. Thought suspicious, chose to brush it off. I then walked over by the book section near electronics, grabbed my items, and made a shortcut through the teen girls toy isle. The man appeared out of thin air, and was literally following me. He was SO close to me. Best way to describe how close he was, it was bumper to bumper traffic. I was internally very bothered and panicked. Thankfully, my sister had wandered away while I was browsing books, and appeared right at the end of the isle, so I took off with her, turned around and he disappeared out of thin air again. I told her what happened, and we speed walked over to frozen foods, where we then saw the man frantically walking fast and looking in all directions. He passed that area TWICE. This is my reason for review, I’m really honestly disappointed with the following. I , in a panic, called the location, got my call ringing for someone to pick up, and not a single person in the store picked up the phone. I called each and every department option listed multiple times , and not a single one picked up. I called 17 times to try and report something to keep customers and employees safe. And not a single person picked up. It rang through every department, every time, until it would eventually hang up. I think it’s really off putting, considering the world we live in. I’m really hoping we can do better to be diligent about...
