The trails here are nice, easy, and paved until you get to Wilcrest. The fun part begins once you pass Wilcrest and get to the actual trails. You have two options: stay high and ride a flat/easy trail, or take the path down and go for speed and harder difficulty. These trails are among my favorite. They have a lot of up and down and fast trails. The trails pick up once you get to the Anthills, but dies down quickly after that. It's always good to come back to any park to walk and relax a bit. Saw many people jogging, walking also few cyclelist riding bicycle.
Only cons I could say is how small of a parking is. It is a decent size but when its crowded it is hard to park, and also entering and exiting parking could be dangerous. From the way how road is formed.
