love me some Kolache factory! although “real authentic” Czech kolaches from independent bakeries are indeed a must try, have always enjoyed how Kolache Factory has taken this traditional food and turned it into a fantastic “fast food” in an “acceptable” way, in my opinion. That it is to say, the variations do not destroy the idea and concept of traditional Czech baked goods, while also understandably having modified it into a way that they can mass produce them and make new variations like the Mexican style ranchero kolache for example.
