US Maxim Nail Supply — Attraction in Houston

Terrible quality. They don't even have the best prices. Competitive but doesn't even make up for the poor quality.

Liquids/chemicals kept probably out of temperature or old.

First time I ever went there they tried to sell me YELLOW antiseptic cool mist (checked the date it was a YEAR expired)

Second time bought OPI Dipping Base - thicker than wax! they were okay with returning and exchanging it. But still how could it be like that anyways?

Third time (today) bought a single bottle of polish remover, it was a quarter low at least, argued and showed me the other bottles are all the same. Took it back and saw there was polish remover all over the bag. Surprise the bottle is leaking from numberous spots.

I should've known better than to give them all these chances. I won't give them another one. Y'all shouldn't either. Save yourself...

Everytime I come in here, they do not even look at me or greet me and ask if I need any help. Fine. It’s more organized than some other nail supply stores but definitely could be better organized. Once I was ready to check out, they didn’t even acknowledge me as they continue to talk amongst themselves. I told them I was ready and they looked at me as if I was burdening their conversation that consisted of nothing but back and forth joking in Vietnamese. Even when I asked for something from the counter, they didn’t even say “okay” but continued to talk amongst each other then went to grab it later. Horrible customer service. Needless to say, I only come in here when I need that ONE thing that Sam’s Nail Supply or Nationwide Nail Supply didn’t have. At least those businesses know what hello, how can I help you and...

This place had lots of nail supplies but I did not feel comfortable shopping here. The man at the front door turned his nose up when he looked at me. He didn't seem like he wanted me shopping there. He gave me a look of disgust. I don't know if he was juat having a bad day or what but I almost left immediately after he responded with a shrug away attitude toward me asking about the item I was looking for.
