Please give doctors time to approve refills before you call the people with a negative text there are holidays and bad weather to think about before you start stressing patients out and please call with complete orders not half orders!! Stop the stress... Read moreI called to ask this pharmacy to transfer a necessary asthma medication to another Walgreens location which is much closer to me, and the woman who answered cut me off before I was done explaining what I needed, said she'd cancel the refill at that location so that I could request it from the location close to me. I said ok, and she hung up without saying goodbye. I resubmitted the refill request at the other pharmacy, only to be told the other pharmacist at Wirt Rd. had never cancelled the refill request, and so I'd either have to drive far away while having an asthma flare up, or wait from Friday until Tuesday to get my medication and possibly die or be rushed to the ER since I didn't have my medicine.
These people are rude, incompetent, inattentive to their work, and obviously do not care that their mistakes could literally kill someone. Avoid...
Read moreAbsolutely unacceptable experience at this Walgreens. Nathan, one of the employees, flat-out told me that Walgreens “doesn’t do 90-day prescriptions.” I even have a recording of the conversation. He refused to help or escalate the issue in any way.
Funny enough, I transferred the prescription to another Walgreens just 2 miles down the road — and guess what? No issue at all. They filled the 90-day prescription without blinking. So either this store is completely mismanaged, or Nathan is simply not telling the truth. Either way, it’s a bad look.
