Xclusive Barbershop — Attraction in Houston

Long story short the guy in the picture pushed my edge up back after I called these guys and specifically asked “are yall good at cutting hair” and when I got in the chair I asked the dude “do you know what your doing” obviously not I should’ve just went with my first mind and not went but I gave them two stars cause the manager or a different barber cut my hair and it looks nice but I had to get a enhancements I have NEVER had to get enhancements but still he fixed it and charged me $0 but I still tipped him 20 for fixing the guys mess they are NOT racist but if your black I wouldn’t go here or make sure you pick the right barber (dude in the far back by the door with glasses) and it’s crazy cause a Hispanic guy got in the guys chair after me and he did just fine i don’t know why he pushed my edge up so far back if he didn’t know how to cut black people hair he should’ve just said that I wouldn’t have...

First time I went everything went well and smooth but today it was disappointing. I booked an appointment two days ago and I got a confirmation email the day before but when I got there today, the barber I booked with wasn’t there. I was told to call him through the app which didn’t display his number so I waited for a bit thinking the guy was running late and after 15 minutes still hadn’t arrived. This is very unprofessional and not good for business. If I make an appointment I expect the barber who I booked with to be there and not have to call...
