ClimbZone — Attraction in Howell Township

This place is great! My kids (5F and 9F) both loved it. Great for just startjng out and building some confidence, or having some fun with all the variety if you’re more experienced. The soft play was perfect for when our little one needed a break from climbing, and the high ropes course and zipline were a big hit with our older daughter who has no fear. If you are an adult who has any climbing experience, skip the walls and just watch/help your kids. The holds are not built for sweaty adult hands and there is no chalk available. The auto belay system is fantastic and safe for kids, but we found that even our 9 year old had trouble with getting locked in or releasing a few of them without an extra hand. The staff there were all teenagers the day we went, and the female employees were all amazing, even helping our 5 year old who desperately wanted to do the high ropes course like her big sister but was terrified of heights both times she tried. Unfortunately, the male staffers basically just seemed like they were there to try to look cool and lean on wall in case they somehow tried to fall. My wife and I ended up helping multiple kids who were not our own with the auto belay while these guys stood around and watched. And I definitely learned more about the safety rules and procedures from reading other reviews than I did from their safety briefing at the beginning. Basically they showed us how to operate the belay mechanism and pointed to a sign on the wall and said those are the rules. In case you do go, make sure your kid stays off the red carpet unless they are climbing that wall, and if the red mat is down flat, that means there is someone already climbing the wall above you. Really the only way to get hurt is to not follow one of those rules (that were not mentioned at all by the staff) and have someone come down on your head. There are some cool arcade and claw machine games too, just be aware that they are not cheap. Some of the larger claw machines are $12, but at least it’s the guaranteed win type. AMAZING PARTY with AMAZING STAFF! I needed to change my daughter's birthday party venue less than 48 hours away and ClimbZone came through! I called and spoke with Haley (manager) who was so caring and understanding of my debacle, she was able to make the party transition seamless along with the help of the GM Luci. The accommodations, amazing and attentive staff and cleanliness of the facility is what makes ClimbZone superior to others. From the moment we pulled up, we were greeted outside by our party host, Suzie (manager), Luci (GM) and other staff members who helped with our party supplies. From the moment you walk you are greeted with friendly staff members. They were ready to take charge and let the fun begin. The room was set up beautifully with our color scheme which they were prepared for with the last minute booking. Suzie was so awesome and fun with all the little ones tending to their needs. Susie helped in every aspect with rallying the kids back to the party room, serving food and clean up. Haley and Luci were so attentive throughout our time there as well. It made for and easy, enjoyable party. The climb walls, soft play area and the ropes course are fun for all ages! All of our guests had an amazing time, especially the birthday girl!

My only regret is that I did not book this as our 1st choice!

I recently hosted my child's birthday party at ClimbZone and I cannot express enough how wonderful Sebastian was during our visit. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure that our party was a success.

Sebastian was incredibly helpful in organizing the party and made sure that all the children were safe while climbing. He was patient and polite, answering any questions we had about the facility and the activities available. His attention to detail and positive attitude made the experience even more enjoyable for everyone involved.

During the party, Sebastian went out of his way to ensure that all of the kids were having a good time. He was kind and encouraging, helping the kids to feel confident while climbing and ensuring that everyone was able to participate in the fun.

In addition to his outstanding service, Sebastian was also incredibly polite and professional throughout the entire experience. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Overall, I would highly recommend ClimbZone and specifically, Sebastian, to anyone looking to host a birthday party or spend an afternoon climbing with friends and family.
