I should have taken picture, but my took her Mother of the Groom dress here to get altered, and the whole experience was a bit of a disaster. 1.The dress was not altered by the main seamstress who my mom met with, got measured, and talked to about everything that needed altering on the dress 2.The dress was sown so badly and odd that my mom never even got to take the dress home. She brought it up to the main seamstress, and the seamstress was in shock about how badly the dress was altered The main seamstress promised my mom she would work on the dress herself, to make sure it was done correctly. we went back for the dress and the alteration was even worse then before. The main seamstress came in to check on it, and we showed her all the issues. Again she stated it was someone else's fault, that she did not work on the dress herself. This pissed us off because she promised my mom last visit that she would be the one to make the alterations. The main seamstress convinced us that we should give them one more try to get the dress right. As pissed as we were, we did give her another try (3rd try the charm). the main seamstress finally worked on it herself and it came out beautifully! She is fantastic, incredibly skilled, and is a true artist. anyone else that works there... RUN!!! THEY ARE SOOOOO BAD. It's like they hired a young child to do the alterations.

Spoke on the phone to this business and sent pictures of my wedding gown that I needed alterations for. I was told to come in. When I arrived the same gentleman I spoke to told me “he couldn’t do my dress as they are focusing more on prom dresses right now and that I should go to a bridal store” This place of business advertises in altering wedding dresses. I explained that he should have explained that he or his team wouldn’t be available to help me prior to driving to his location which was 30 minutes away. I had a pair of pants hemmed here as they were too long. They charged me $40 which I didn’t really mind as I expected it would be a quality job. I got home and the hem is only tack stitched so I risk pulling the hem out every time I put the pants on. I brought my next suit to another tailor in Freehold and they charged me $16 and there is full stitching and completely sewn around the entire inside of the leg. Done with quality and a good price.
