If I had one word to describe the whole experience there it would be: passable. The rest of this review I'll elaborate. I went there with my wife and two preteen girls on May 31st to celebrate some good news within the family. One of the first things you'll see before entering is a sign that warns you about peanut shells being on the floor. While I am all for something fun that is a bit of a throwback to the old days, the barrel of peanuts that everyone (especially kids with filthy hands) grab, eat and throw their garbage on the floor was not the most appealing greeting; especially when you see the unlucky teenage boy sadly half sweeping the shells into the pan. Once seated, you are greeted with a very tasty plate of warm bread and flavored butter. Our waitress Megan was pleasant and got most things right but forgot a few things along the way. No biggie but some might get flustered from that. Now onto the food. We first ordered the cheese and bacon fries and I'd give that a 5 out of 10. To me, the fries were the wrong kind for that type of appetizer and the cheese and bacon was plentiful but ultimately wasnt good enough to ever want again (and we are fans of this dish). For an entree, I ordered the ribeye and ribs combo while my wife ordered the fried catfish and kids ordered a hot dog plate and a cheeseburger plate. My one daughter really liked the mini cheeseburgers here and the other with the hot dog ate about half because they were full from bread. My wife really enjoyed the catfish and my ribs were ordinary while the steak left me wishing I went to Longhorns. To wrap it up, the place is in a bad spot (entrance is poorly designed and signage is weak), almost all employees didn't seem to want to be there; their dance number meant to entertain was like watching people being held captive perform and the food is nothing memorable enough to pay restaurant prices for. NOTE: I went there with the highest hope it would be good because it's the 1st in my area and I've been looking forward to eating there as a potential investor based on their stock price and rapid growth. Unfortunately, my money and future appetites will be...

I visited Texas Roadhouse with some family a couple of nights ago. We were hungry and wanted a solid meal. Texas Roadhouse delivered it.

Front of the house was on point and got us a table pretty quickly. We were seated and we reviewed a pretty extensive menu that is pretty much the same as all the chain steak places: all the most popular cuts of meat in various serving sizes. As the place is Texas themed, the menu follows suit in naming the different cuts (I forget the naming scheme but 'dallas ribeye' comes to mind). But it's a solid menu with chicken and fish options. I'm sure even a vegetarian could find something on the menu they could eat if needed.

Our server was Natasha, and we could not have had a better server. Quick on her feet and quick with her wit, she made us laugh and feel comfortable, knew the menu inside and out, and ensured we had everything we needed.

I ordered the ribeye w grilled shrimp, house salad w ranch, and the vegetable side which turned out to be broccoli. The salad was a basic house salad, but veg was fresh. Steak was very good, cooked exactly as I had asked. Shrimp were well spiced and grilled. Broccoli was a steamed but not salted or flavored in any way. I like broccoli and would eat it uncooked, but I'd have enjoyed it more if it were spiced similarly to the steak and shrimp.

So far as chain steak restaurants go, you won't go wrong with this location. The atmosphere is fun, they have salted peanuts to snack on everywhere; u get to throw the shells on the floor, which I enjoyed doing more than I thought I would. As a result, if anyone in your dining party has a peanut allergy, I'd have to recommend staying away from this chain. But if that is not an issue, you will enjoy a solid meal at...

We went for lunch- a party o6 adults Asian -American( this should Not matter) The hostess brought us to the farthest cubicle near the RESTROOM even tho there’s plenty of better available seats -the place is not Full yet- if this was the last available seats- it’s another story - I told my children “we deserve a better seat- We’re good paying customers- just like the others - why can’t we have one of he best seats in this Restaurant is beyond me- Don’t want a seat with the Restroom just behind us - so I called the hostess again and complained about it- and I asked to be moved to a better cubicle - she replied “Understand how you feel” I mean - she was the one who made the decision to seat us there in the first place- this initial treatment made me feel unwelcome / discriminated and prejudiced - is this how they treat customers of color??the majority of staff and patrons are all white - it’s 2025- were all US citizens - we’re supposed to have EQUAL rights - I am so upset that I wanted to leave but my children asked me not to cause them embarrassment- so I stayed after given my choice of better seats- now wit regards to food - I ordered ribs and chips- it was very salty and dry - it looks like leftovers from Yesterday’s serving and zapped in the microwave- I just lost my appetite- I begged my children to Not invite me o his Restaurant ever again- my children paid the bill and left a generous tip despite my issues I decided to post this review to warn people on how this establishment has poor service And should Not be patronized - go somewhere where you get good food and excellent customer service worthy of your...

I’ll start by leading with the fact that this is actually my first negative review on google! You can see my last 20 + reviews were all positive experiences, because I generally don’t believe in leaving reviews after a negative experience because you just never know when someone’s having an off day. But, this was worthy of a note because I very modestly told the staff how horrible the bathroom smelled and how much it needed clean but nobody went in and took care of this during the hour and a half that followed my complaint. The smell was like dirty sewer water or something, really horrible — quite honestly the worst smelling bathroom I’ve ever been in. Outside of that our waitress was very friendly and quick to refill drinks. Everyone’s meal was good with the exception of someone who ordered ribs that were pretty burnt. Overall this was our least favorite Texas road house we’ve ever been too. We were military and travel frequently so we’ve easily been to 15 +, and I’ve honestly always had really awesome experiences. I think that’s why I’m taking the time to leave feedback for this location — it’s subpar compared to the rest and I definitely wouldn’t return.

As usual food was amazing. Because of covid they had outside dining under a large tent. Not very much available and first come first serve so I suggest going early. We went around 5 and had no wait. It was a gorgeous night with great food. If you want a perfectly cooked steak go here 100%. Covid changes: In addition to the outdoor dining all staff wears masks. They also don't give you a menu, unless you request one. You use your phone and scan a QR code for menus AND to pay. Service is pretty good considering they had only 2 waiter/waitresses. The food was brought out by the cook and they have 1 person seating. They're definitely doing their best to overcome limitations set by the governor.

Went to celebrate my adult daughter’s birthday. My son and daughter love it especially the blue alcoholic drink that I don’t know the name of. For a chain I think it’s pretty good. The servers are friendly but I think during busy times they have many tables, definitely not the fault of the servers, but it can take a bit if you have an issue. The atmosphere is woody western however it is a busy place with busy walkways. As with many busy places you can feel a bit rushed and I get that they don’t make money with table sitters but be aware if you want a more relaxed atmosphere. The manager did come by to check if things were good. It’s in a strip Mall so plenty of parking.
