So, this is a really odd business model. There is absolutely nobody involved with ordering food. Just online. Which is totally fine when the order is right. But, when you need to tell someone the order is incorrect, there is nobody to talk with. The burgers are good. No doubt. But you order based on the description, and it comes very different (for me it was the Nolan) does not say "impossible burger" online and says 2 patties online, but only comes with one patty and with a big "impossible" sticker on it. I ordered a real burger, I want a real burger. The only recourse is to submit an online ticket 😂. I dunno. For the amount of $ I spent on 3 burgers for my family it's not worth getting it wrong and having to stick with it. Again. If you want a regular burger. These are good. Otherwise, not...
