Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Howell Township

So i go to Chic-fil-a every friday as a routine becuase of school. i decided today i would do it in the begining of finals week at my school. i arrived at 6:30 in line at the drive through i sat at the order screen for a few minutes as expected then i was taken care of and asked to roll up to the window where i sat for 5 minutes waiting for at least a remark to acknowledge i was at the window or take my car but no i sat there for 5 minutes waiting for the guy behind tbe counter to come and service me he was leaning on the counter talking with what i assume was a associate he was assembling a meal i thought was mine but then slid it over the counter. i went to the drive through assuming it would be faster and i guess the 3 other cars behind me did aswell. so after he gave the person inside there bag he came to the window and took my card and swiped it then informed me they were out of large cups First Strike. i took my card back and waited. he comes back hands me my bag and i say have a good day. while im driving i reach over and check the bag with my hand and realise he forgot the ketchup i asked for twice. now when im at school i open my bag and check my sandwich it isnt even the right one they gave me the wrong meal. When i go on fridays as appose to the week they are always quick and dont take a full 10 minutes to server a customer they are quick and dont forget stuff. Update- I haven't been to Chik-fil-A since my 1st visit 2 months ago. Recently, there was a lot of discussion on a site I was on about Chick-fil-A having racist policies. So, if that's true, that's a mark against them. I'll post the facts if I find them./ I have been trying Chik-fil-A based on the fact the lines are so long. I figured it must be good. Not sure anymore if the lines are from Covid issues, like understaffed shifts. At any rate, my first trip there I got the Chicken Deluxe meal. It was a bit cold by the time I ate it so I did not enjoy the waffle fries. The chicken was goodish, veggies fresh, but they use hamburger rolls! What?! A bit expensive for hamburger rolls that flatten out with the first bite and are totally squished by the last few bites. Taste was good, but they need new rolls. The holiday special Peppermint shake is fabulous in my shake-loving opinion! Peppermint Bark and Cherries 🍒 mixed in...good stuff! My next trip, I tried 4 Chicken Strips. Now those were phenomenal. I ate them right away. Crispy, crunchy, tender and juicy inside but I probably should have gotten a sauce and fries. Next time. And yes, I did get a shake this time too. Last night, I went through the drive-thru and placed an order. One of the items in my order was a cup of cheese sauce. When I got to the drive-thru window and the employee handed me my order, I noticed my cup of cheese sauce was filled maybe 30-40%. This has happened nearly every time I order the cheese sauce from Chick-fil-A. Last time I was at a Chick-fil-A location, I spoke up and they added more cheese sauce in the cup. Yesterday, I spoke up when I received my order, and I watched the female employee ask her manager for permission, who flat out responded "no." I responded to her, "what do you mean no?" And proceeded to say that I'm spending money on an item and I dont find the portion size fair. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was adamant on saying no to putting more cheese sauce in the cup and suggested she can refund me which I agreed to. She went to the computer and in front of me, asks the employee if I paid card or cash. Im literally sitting right there - she can ask me instead of being disrespectful and pretending Im not sitting right there.
