If you need a mattress, you found your place! Due to unfortunate circumstances, my girlfriend and I needed to find a new mattress. We are so happy we chose mattress firm and Neil to choose our new mattress! Neil is very knowledgeable, easy going, and best of all not your typical "salesman". I work at a car dealership, I deal with salesman enough already 😅. Despite us coming in last minute, Neil ensured and we explored all of our options to get that perfect fit. I came in with the idea of "I like harsh firm beds" but quickly realized, I was totally wrong, with the help of Neil, We chose a full foam mattress. After doing my research online for a new mattresses, I had an idea of what I wanted but was still unsettled with all the different types and brands out there. I knew I wanted an adjustable base as well but again so many choices and price ranges. I finally went to MattresFirm to try some out. Genevieve at this location was amazing!!! She answered all my questions, and I had a lot, knew all the measurements, had patience with me and presented herself in an extremely professional manner! After having leaving the kids with their grandparents my husband and I went to Matress Firm after seeing the good reviews. We worked with Genevieve Smith. She was absolutely amazing. She made the mundane task of needing a new mattress fun and exciting. While we were looking at tempurpedic mattresses she let us hit an egg with a pillow to show how the mattress absorbs movement. Then after the egg didn’t break to prove it was real she dropped it on the floor (in a sandwich bag) and it broke open. It was better them Habachi. It was a surprisingly great night out without the kids. They were having a great sale and offer financing options. The mattress we chose was available for delivery two days later.
